RReflection
I learned a lot of things during my project that I will forever use. I learned how to ask for my own things and how to advertise and plan out an event or service. I learned that life happens, and things need to be able to be flexible in some ways and can still be effective. I learned more people skills and dealing with frustrated parents and students. I learned that it is okay to fail if you try again and learn from previous mistakes. I learned that kids really do have the best minds to mold and can teach you more than you know. I learned that I do not know everything, and I am still learning. I grew in the way of being a better provider and coordinator. I hope that the students will take all that I taught them and become even better riders and horse people.
This project made me better at time management and not procrastinating. For future, I now know it takes time and effort to make it great. To then also work out the kinks and minor details that you could get caught up on. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities my students provided to me for being able to teach them something I love do to.
